SEACLIFF COTTAGE is a 1-story custom-built wooden home. Nestled among the pines and magnolias, the cottage is located in quiet Seagrove Beach, less than one mile from Seaside Village and Watercolor. A leisurely 3 to 5 minute stroll (200 yards) down a peaceful country lane brings you to the boardwalk access to our BEAUTIFUL GULF BEACHES.
Spectacular sunrises or sunsets can be enjoyed from the top of the boardwalk as you descend from the sand dunes down the steps to the sea! The sugar white sands await with its gentle surf which makes swimming and surfing possible for children of all ages! Come for the beaches - Stay (and return again and again) for the restful sense of community life in Old Seagrove Village. |

Our cottage is family-friendly. With three bedrooms and two full baths, the cottage sleeps eight to ten including two cots for the children. Each of two bedrooms has a queen bed and the third has two twin beds and a trundle bed (which yields two more twin beds).
A crib is also available for the baby! The cottage features four TVs (all with cable
and DVD), a game chest for the kids, and an exchange library for all. Plan your day at the beach while relaxing on the SCREENED back porch. |

The cottage has eight bicycles for our guests' use (2 are 24 inch and 6 are 26 inch). Please bring your own bike helmets -- and naturally ride at your own risk. You can rent children's seats at the bikeshop down the corner if needed. Riding along the protected bike path which follows all of Scenic 30A is beautiful OR enjoy the more pristine trail around Eastern Lake. Let the kids walk to the local pizza parlor, select a movie at the video store, and/or eat at the Boardwalk Cafe Ice Cream Parlor. |

Optional access to a nearby private SWIM AND TENNIS CLUB! Less than 5 minutes drive from the cottage, the Club provides three pools (plus kiddie pools) -- one of the pools is heated! Tennis, croquet, & shuffle board courts are available for your use as well as playgrounds for the kids! You even have use of a fitness center! Pool and fitness center are optional and available at additional cost. MUST call owner directly for access information.
Seagrove Beach is an "old world" beach village. Step back in time and eat at the old Seagrove Market/Cafe or visit many of the regionally renowned restaurants (Criollas, Borago, Shades, the Hibiscus Coffee House). Explore the night life (Grayton Beach's famed Red Door; Seaside's Bud & Alleys). |

- $200.00 damage/security deposit on check in.
- 50% deposit with reservation, cancellation refund only if reserved dates are rebooked.
- Access to the pool and fitness center are optional and available at additional cost.
- No pets, no smoking
